Any delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK/Europe at this current time.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tracked - The recipient will be required to be present upon delivery, if no one is available a calling card will be left, and the parcel will either be left with a neighbour or held at the local delivery depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection.

All orders placed during a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and dispatched the next available working day.

Once orders are shipped we cannot amend the delivery address.
*Estimated delivery times can vary as there are many causes for delayed delivery outside of our control, such as public holidays and transit issues.
RETURNS POLICY

To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, we must have received contact within 30 days of you taking delivery. Images of the damaged or faulty products may be requested.

Tracked - Any damaged packages are to be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and the recipient must insist that a note be made of any such damage before the courier leaves.
