EUROPE

ALL ORDERS

Standard delivery (7 - 14 days*) - £3.99

Any delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.


REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK/Europe at this current time.


DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Tracked - The recipient will be required to be present upon delivery, if no one is available a calling card will be left, and the parcel will either be left with a neighbour or held at the local delivery depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection. 

  • All orders placed during a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and dispatched the next available working day.

  • Once orders are shipped we cannot amend the delivery address.


*Estimated delivery times can vary as there are many causes for delayed delivery outside of our control, such as public holidays and transit issues.

 

 


RETURNS POLICY

To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, we must have received contact within 30 days of you taking delivery. Images of the damaged or faulty products may be requested.

Returns will be processed in accordance to the following returns policy - 

  • The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. 

  • Please contact us via the contact form straight away if there are any problems. 

  • Tracked - Any damaged packages are to be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and the recipient must insist that a note be made of any such damage before the courier leaves.
